Cleanser

Facial cleanser, also known as facial cleanser, is a skincare product used to clean facial skin and belongs to the category of cleansing cosmetics. Its main function is to remove dirt, excess oil, sweat, aged keratin, and cosmetic residues from the surface of the skin, helping to maintain the normal physiological state of the skin and laying the foundation for subsequent skincare steps.

1.Clean mechanism
Facial cleanser removes dirt through the wetting, emulsification, foaming, and other effects of surfactants. The oil phase component can dissolve oil soluble lipid deposits (such as sebum), while the water phase component removes water-soluble sweat stains and dust, achieving comprehensive cleaning.

2.main ingredients
Surfactants: such as soap based (fatty acid salts), amino acids (sodium cocoyl glutamate, etc.), APG (alkyl glucoside), responsible for cleaning and foaming.
Moisturizing agents: such as glycerin and hyaluronic acid, prevent dry skin after cleaning.
Moisturizing agents: such as vegetable oils and lanolin derivatives, increase skin softness and smoothness.
Other additives: Some products contain anti-inflammatory or repairing ingredients (such as ceramides, centella asiatica extract), but the effectiveness of the active ingredients is limited due to their short residence time.

3.classification method
According to ingredients: divided into soap based type (strong cleaning power, suitable for oily skin), amino acid type (mild, suitable for sensitive skin), and compound type (balanced cleaning and mildness).
According to dosage form: including cream, foam, gel, cleansing powder, etc., different forms can meet different skin needs.
Applicability and Precautions
Healthy skin needs to be cleaned daily, but sensitive skin should avoid excessive cleaning. It is recommended to choose weakly acidic (pH 5.5-6.5) products.
Facial cleanser has a short retention time on the face, making it difficult to achieve its claimed whitening and anti wrinkle effects. Its core function is still cleansing.
4.Instructions for use
Moisturize the face with warm water, take an appropriate amount of the product, rub and lather it, gently massage, focus on cleaning the T-zone, and finally thoroughly rinse and check for residual hair in the hairline to avoid clogging pores.
