Scleroglucan Powder, also known as Sclerotium Gum, is a natural biopolymer produced via aerobic fermentation of sugar raw materials by Sclerotium rolfsii fungus. It forms a stable triple helix spatial structure in aqueous solution, endowing it with unique rheological properties, temperature resistance and electrolyte tolerance.

Mechanistically, its long-chain polysaccharide structure achieves three core functional effects:

  • Thickening & Gelation: The molecular chain intertwines in water to form a network structure, rapidly increasing system viscosity and forming smooth transparent gels without syneresis.
